Human Performance Labs LLC ("HPL," "we," "us," or "our") is an Oregon limited liability company that operates an online educational coaching program at humanperformancelabs.co.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when you visit our website or join our waitlist.

Human Performance Labs is an educational program. We are not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The information you provide to us is not protected health information under HIPAA.

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Optional survey responses about your symptoms and wellness goals — used solely to match you to the appropriate educational protocol track

• IP address (used for analytics purposes only)

We do not collect:

• Service providers who help us operate our business — including our CRM platform (GoHighLevel), email delivery services, and website hosting (Vercel). These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by email if this occurs.
